Domestic (U.S.) - Free. To keep shipping costs low, I cannot offer tracking on sticker-only purchases. Please expect 1-2 weeks for delivery once you receive notification that your order has been shipped. Feel free to contact me if your mail has not arrived after that timeframe!

International - Costs depend on the destination country and will be reflected at checkout. By U.S. law (see USPS policy section 242.2), merchandise, including stickers, cannot be mailed using letter mail. Please understand that I can only offer DHL Express, UPS, and FedEx shipping options.

FAQ

  • Yes! At the top and bottom of my website, you can choose your country to display the prices and import costs in your local currency.
  • I only ship internationally with DDP (delivery duty paid) labels. Applicable import taxes and duties will be calculated during checkout to ensure your purchase does not incur any surprise costs upon arrival in your country.
  • I offer DHL Express, UPS, and FedEx as my international shipping carriers.

As these items are handmade, it will take 2-4 weeks to fulfill your order depending on current stock or if any special requests are made. Please be patient, and don’t hesitate to message me if you need an update or have any questions!

Every clay item order comes with tracking, but if your package says that it has been delivered, please allow for a few days in case it was marked incorrectly, and your post office will sort it out. If it still hasn’t arrived, please reach out to your post office who can access more tools than what I have available to track down your package.
I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Currently, I am only accepting simple requests such as color changes and/or marking customizations. These will come at no extra charge. Feel free to ask in the special requests section before the checkout page or contact me, and I will let you know what we can do!

It highly depends on the request. I sculpt Asian folklore inspired pieces in a “kawaii” art style. I will not take commissions that ask for a different art style, inappropriate or disrespectful art, copyrighted content, or concepts far removed from folklore. the commission process may take up to 6-8 weeks and will include:

  1. initial concept sketch for your approval
  2. pricing agreement depending on the complexity/materials
  3. deposit to protect my time that will be included in your full payment
  4. a final sketch based on your revisions
  5. a photo of the unglazed, unbaked clay product. at this stage, you may make up to 2 edits/revisions
  6. upon approval, full payment and shipping of finished product

Even though I craft each item with love and care, it is inevitable with handmade items that there will be some small variations in shape or coloring. These add to the character of the piece, as your item will always be one-of-a-kind!
Because these items are handmade, I cannot accept refund requests or returns.

 

I take a lot of care to reinforce joints and smaller details during the sculpting process, and I finish each piece with UV resin, which adds waterproofness and durability. I also package each piece carefully in its own box with filler material, and then into a bubble mailer for added protection. For extra precaution, I also add a “Fragile, Handle with Care” sticker to the package. However, if your item still arrives broken, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and package, and we can discuss options to resolve the issue.
After this 48 hour window, I am no longer responsible for your item’s condition, so I recommend to unbox the package as soon as it is delivered.
